What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted in the same condition that the item was sold. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase for return authorization. Items must be returned within 7 days of authorization. When your return is received, we will refund your payment minus a 5% restocking fee. (Restocking fee is waived in cases of seller error.) Sorry, we cannot refund shipping charges or pay for return shipping except in the case of seller error.

When can I expect my order to arrive?
Domestic packages ship within 2 business days of your payment via USPS Priority Mail or USPS First-Class Mail. Usually, Priority Mail arrives within 2-3 business days and First-Class arrives with 2-5 days. This is only an estimate and actual time in transit may vary during peak mail times. If you require faster shipping, please e-mail us to request an Express shipping quote. International shipping times vary from country to country and international customers may experience customs-related shipping delays.

How do you come up with the clothes measurements listed?
Measurements are made by laying garments flat and measuring across the front of the garment. These measurements are then doubled (with the exception of overall length and sleeve length). To determine the best fit, measure a similar garment in your wardrobe that fits you well and compare measurements to those listed. E-mail us if you need additional measurements.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to selected countries, including Canada, Australia, Japan and most of Europe. Please contact us if you have a question about shipping to your country.

I'm looking for a garment I saw on your site a few weeks ago. Is it still available?
Most items we sell are acquired from resale shops or private owners, and we most often have only one of each item. If an item has been sold, we are unlikely to have another in stock. However, we shop quite often, so if you are looking for a particular type of garment, please e-mail us with your request and we'll be glad to notify you if we should find it!

Do you have feedback on any other sites?
Though we are new to eCrater, we have been selling on two of the most popular Internet marketplaces since 2007. You listed this item at a different price on Bonanzle or eBay. Why is it more expensive here?
We strive to keep our pricing in line with the fees that we pay on the various online marketplaces. However, we will occasionally have a temporary sale or a price reduction on one site that is not reflected on the other sites. However, please contact us before your purchase and mention our price on the other venue and we'll be glad to honor that price. (This only applies to eCrater and Bonanzle. We cannot offer our eCrater and Bonanzle prices on eBay.)
